  4. Salt to taste
  5. Bread slices - 3 (soak in water for 10 secs and press to remove excess water)
  6. Oil as needed for shallow frying.
Ingredients for gravy:
  1. Onion - 1 1/2 cup sliced
  2. Ginger Garlic paste - 1tsp
  3. Beaten curd - 1/2 cup
  4. Garam masala poweder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Red Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - a pinch (optional)

Mix all the ingredients required to make paneer cutlet except oil.Make round flat balls. If you want you can staff the balls.I have not stuffed it.
Now heat little oil in a fry pan and shallow fry both the sides of cutlet till they are golden brown in color.
Keep the cutlets aside.
